Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
1. Service. Delta Whaty provides a WhatsApp Business API CRM — a team inbox, contacts, campaigns, chatbots, and automation — built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. WhatsApp & Meta policies. Your use of WhatsApp messaging through Delta Whaty is also subject to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Terms, Messaging Policy, and Commerce Policy. You are responsible for obtaining valid opt-in from your contacts and for the content you send.
3. Acceptable use. You must not use Delta Whaty to send spam, unlawful, or misleading messages, or to violate any applicable law or the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or Meta’s policies.
4. Your data. You retain ownership of your contacts, messages, and content. We process it to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.
5. Billing. Paid plans and add-on seats are billed per the pricing shown in-app. WhatsApp conversation charges set by Meta are passed through.
6. Availability & liability. The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Delta Whaty is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for message delivery failures caused by Meta or carriers.
7. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
8. Contact. Questions about these terms: use the contact page.
