Data Deletion

You can request deletion of the data associated with your account at any time:

  1. Remove the app from Facebook. Go to your Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find Delta Whaty, and remove it. Facebook will send us a deletion request automatically and you’ll be shown a confirmation code and this status page.
  2. Or ask us directly. If you’re a Delta Whaty customer, an admin can delete contacts and export data from Contacts, or disconnect the WhatsApp number in Meta Setup. You can also reach us via the contact page and we will action the request.

We store your organization’s business and WhatsApp account data (contacts, conversations, templates). We do not retain your personal Facebook profile. See our Privacy Policy for details.
